I like the stroller/car seat combo. The price doesn't seem that bad. I am going to show this to my son, and purchase this if they are interested. Thanks for the info. I love to see daddy's pushing a stroller! What a great looking family.

In 2002, we bought the Cosco Eddie Bauer travel system and accompanying other gear in that collection. At the time, the tan and forest green combo of colors was "in". Now with our second, the colors are very much "out", but the gear itself has held up tremendously well through two big baby boys. Luckily we've never had to put the carseats through a wreck to test their safety, but my boys have always liked their Cosco Eddie Bauer carseats, and later the Cosco Highback Booster. We've been pretty pleased and they were reasonably priced - for most of us, I think we have to choose what we're going to do expensive, and what we don't have to have the best of. I wanted the most expensive Medela breastpump, a Baby Bjorn, and a cradle swing, so I decided that I didn't need Peg Perego, Britax or Maclaren gear (though if money hadn't been an object, I would have sprung for those too!).
