Matt Damon, Luciana, Alexia and Isabella

Matt Damon and his family went for a walk this weekend. Dad and mom, Luciana, held hands while older sister, Alexia pushed her new baby sister, Isabella in the stroller. Isabella was born June 11th in Miami.

CBB reader Lis tells us that Isabella is riding in a Bugaboo Cameleon frame with a car seat attachment. The car seat is the Graco Snugride in Family Tree ($80). The stroller is up to $800.

Looks to me like the Bugaboo Cameleon frame with car seat adapters and the GRACO snug ride in pattern family tree.

There are only 2 car seats and 2 adapters for the Bugaboo. Peg perego and the Graco snug ride.

No photos of Isabella have been released, that i know of, and we are yet to see her face, though there have been pictures, like this of her in her stroller.

I don’t think anyone has seen Alexia’s father either. Luciana worked at a bar, before she met Matt and was not a celebrity, so i presume Alexia’s father was not famous.

They’re so smiley!

It should go without saying what I’m about to say, but I have a lot of respect for Matt Damon. He didn’t feel the need to marry someone famous, or someone rail thin, or someone who came with a “clean slate”. He married a beautiful woman whom I’m willing to bet has seen some hard knocks, and he seems to be nuts about her and about both the kids. I’m sure both the girls will be gorgeous and I wish them all the luck in the world.

I agree, Matt, Luciana, and their girls seem like a totally normal, non-Hollywood family. Someone recently asked Rosie O’Donnell on her website who the most down-to-earth celebrity she interviewed on her show was, and she said it was Matt.

Bugaboos are one of the top of the range prams which come with a variety of attachments so you can change it aorund with the child’s age and also add a car seat like Matt has done with Isabella.

Danielle, has however said that she would consider getting a different pram if they were to do it again, because better ones have come out since they had Anya. I’ll check which one it was.

I quickly checked and can unfortunatley not find Alexia’s birthdate, except for 1998.

Wow, I just saw the picture of Isabella. She looks adorable and just like her daddy from what I can tell from the small picture.
Can’t wait to see the first playdate of Violet and Isabella!

What a nice looking family. I love how Alexia is obviously such an important part of her baby sister’s life and that she isn’t treated any differently by Matt because of being a step daughter. I too think it’s funny to see the $80.00 snugride on the Bugaboo frame and I think that the family tree pattern is only available at Target, but I’m probably wrong. I agree with Chiara on how much respect she has for Matt marrying a non famous person. Maybe other celebs will follow in his path and see that not every woman has to be rail thin to be beautiful.

Anne I agree with you, Isabella from the picture posted looks like Matt to me. She looks cute. I read somewhere that when she was born their was some presents sent, and the note said can’t wait to have a playdate love Violet Affleck. I thought that was so cute, considering how Matt and Ben are best friends and now both of them have daughters.

Danielle let me know, that as well as the Bugaboo she likes her Baby Jogger jogging stroller. With this one you can buy a pram attachment, car seat attachment and also an attachment for an older child (?).

Danielle also mentioned that her friend loves her Ingelsina, which has a pram and seat attachment, but does not accept car seats.

I don’t think it is odd that they have Graco carseat attached to a Bugaboo frame… I am sure that their friends and family wanted to give them a shower/gifts for the baby and their loved ones aren’t rich celebrities so naturally they would graciously receive and use gifts from stores such as Target. Plus I am not a rich celebrity and I have a Bugaboo and used a Graco carseat for my son when he was smaller (both gifts and both used often and well).
