Singer Britney Spears has written a lullaby for her son Sean Preston, 10 months, that she sings every night to him. Britney is so pleased with the composition that she plans to put the song on her new album. A source said: "She wanted to write Sean a song to show how much he means to her."

cute. The Dixie Chicks just put one on their album called lullaby which is so pretty. I love when mom’s incorporate their lullaby’s for their kids! It’s something the kids will always have!

I think that it’s really sweet that Britney wrote a song for Sean P. and The Dixie Chicks, and every other artist that has written and sung songs for their children…
However, it seems to me that the song would be SO much more special if Britney wouldn’t share it with the world. But that’s just my opinion.

It’s cute that she wrote a song for her baby that she sings for him at bed time but she shouln’t put it on her album… it seems wrong. Such a private thing should be kept private, just for her baby and not for the whole world. Especially now after all the negative publicity tht she got (well deserved or not) there’d surely be some people who’d love to critizise or ridicule the song, and that would be such a shame.

aww how sweet, see she has good mommy skills!! Every mother makes mistakes, and whats wrong with her wanting to put it on her album. She is proud of it and wants to share it, I think she should!!
No matter if people dont like it, it was always no matter what be the song she wrote for her son and sang to him everynight. Its special no matter what anyone says about it!!

Lots of celebs have done it and I think its just so sweet of an idea. I am sure when Sean grows up, he will be proud of the fact that his mom wrote that song esp. for him.

That is really sweet. I think every mom at one point sort of makes up their own lullaby even if its to the tune to something as simple as “lullaby and goodnight.” I feel bad for Britney, I mean she’s young and trying to be a great mother, but people critique her for everything she does. I’m just glad that it isn’t Kevin that’s rapping to him every night!
