Could Halle Berry be pregnant?

Splashnewsonline.com has posted this photo on their blog and asks whether Academy Award winning Halle Berry is pregnant.  In these photos of her surveying construction on her Halle appears to have a belly- whether it’s because she’s taken a sit-up hiatus or there’s a baby in there is up for speculation. 

In April, she told Extra! that if she didn’t get pregnant, she planned to adopt (and even if she did get pregnant, that she would adopt too).   She’s currently dating Versace model Gabriel Aubry.  Not a bad specimen for a baby daddy!  In November 2005, MTV Europe reported on their website that Halle was pregnant with her then boyfriend actor Michael Ealy.

I think she could absolutely be pregnant. What fantastic news if indeed it is true – Halle has continuously mentioned throughout her career how much she wants children. I agree, Danielle, her partner is absolutely gorgeous! What a stunning child it would be!

Maybe it’s just me, but it looks like her belly button is popping out a bit. Perhaps it’s just the way the dress is. BUt at any rate, she looks preggers to me

I saw the pics on popsugar, and she looked pregnant to me. I just posted a few weeks ago here, Halle Berry and Salma Hayek are two woman I would love to see be moms in the near future because they have talked about it in the past. Not only is her guy Gabriel very handsome, but when she was promoting her movie a few months ago she said she is very happy with him. She also mentioned on the view, she doesn’t need marriage at this point in her life but she wants to be a mom. That would be a cute baby, and Halle looks like she would be a good mom.

after seeing so many thin women look pregnant one day and then thin the next – i am skeptical. however – my cousin walked by as i was looking at the picture just now – and he said – i didn’t know she was pregnant. so maybe if a guy who doesn’t read this site looking for pregnant celebs thinks so – it may be true!

Of course it is totally possible. And it would be awesome if she was, but I think I will wait to hear it from her before I totally believe it. It could just be the falre of her dress too. Only time will tell!

Halle Berry is not pregnant or at least to the best of my knowledge at the present time–can you say Photoshop?

Is this like the PG rumors w/Ealy from last year or the photos at Cannes that someone was trying to pass of as her from May?

Regardless of wishing her the best whenever she has a child, she is not pregnant looking a little bloated or gained a little weight–that’s how rumors get started . I will believe it when she confirms it.

Saw the original photos several days ago on http://www.splashnews.com/index2 (not sure what the current page is now) of her in similar pictures with the caption that she’s put on a little weight nothing more nothing less.

In recent photos of her on various sites including yahoo.com or newscom.com (maybe page 5-7, not sure with the splashnews.com photos of her from last month being re-circulated as pointed out to me by splashnews.com of her surveying her building site and her in Miami with Aubry doing golf and dinner) showing her in Tokyo on the 13th-14th for the X3 premiere, she didn’t look pregnant in the press conference photos in tight jeans or the sleek tight fitting dress and new hairdo or wig–check the photos. As well as other photos of them from the same week and earlier in the month/last month.

She doesn’t look pg in those photos at all. Will eat my words, when she or her publicist confirm it. Nice try!

well, she could be, of course. We will just have to wait and see. However, I don’t see the “fat” on her legs at all. Looks like a wrinkle i the dress to me if that is the area i question. I would LOVE to see Halle pregnant. Her step daughter with Eric Benet seemed to adore her!

Forgive me, how does one “look like” they would make a good mom?? Didn’t know there was a certain look for it!!

I don’t know if she is or not(Reese Witherspoon-forgive the spelling-recently looked the the same way and came out saying she is not pregnant), but it would be wonderful if it were true.

Tink when someone says someone “looks like they would be a good mom” it’s a figure of speech and not actually about a physical look they have. I think a few people mentioned here she probably would be a good mom, because for years she has talked about wanting a child and she was fond of her stepdaughter. Of course with any celebrity, we never know if they are a good mom or not, because we don’t personally know them, and just by pics you can’t tell. But Halle is almost 40 and always wanted one, so hopefully she can experince it either now or someday.

Personally if someone writes on a board or anywhere, someone looks, seems, sounds, etc like they would be a good mom, I don’t even think twice about it. I think it’s a common thing people tend to write, and it doesn’t make a difference. Nobody knows what celebrity is actually a good mom and whose not, because we just see them by random pictures. But when we hear they might be expecting, it’s just human natural to say oh how nice I’m sure they will be a good parent.

Halle is absolutely stunning. With or without make-up, in sweats or dresses, whatever. I’ve never seen her look anything but gorgeous. I do think she’s pregnant because she said she set a deadline to have a baby by 40 and she seemed quite sincere about it. It’s hard for me to believe that she is anywhere near 40, though. She looks like a teenager in these pics.

Halle ALREADY is a good mom. Didn’t she at one point adopt her ex’s daughter? nonetheless if she’s not her mom she was good to that girl so therefore Halle is and would be a wonderful mother!

NO one here can know whether Halle Berry is a good mom. Ok she adopted some guys daughter, they go out shopping alot and the girl says Halle is swell. And?

Even though I am not saying she Isn\\\’t or Is a good person/mother.I am pretty sure no one here knows Halle and her family on a personal level.

Geez, I wasn’t being a jerk or anythign for asking about how someone “looks” like they would be a good mom. I knew she adopted Eric’s daughter, and that is commendable. I think only Halle knows for sure if she would make a good mom. I HOPE if she is PG she will be a good mom.

I hope that she is pregnant since she seems to have always wanted a baby of her own. Her current relationship seems like her happiest so far. I’m really hoping for her since she deserves a happy life.
She’s always been in really great shape so that’s either a photoshopped pic or she is pregnant. I’ve never seen a woman that bloated before!

She also has type 1 diabetes. Not that she couldn’t get pregnant and have a healthy baby, but I would think it would be high-risk. So I vote not pregnant. And although I enjoy this site, this endless speculation about celebs being pregnant because they are photographed in *gasp* an empire waist dress or top, or their stomach might not be a washboard on any given day, is just silly and annoying.
