Cp_link_150x200I was interviewed by CleverParents.com some time back about the Celebrity Baby Blog and its origins.  Check out the article about us ("Famous Babes: Who cares about Angelina anyway?") and this pretty cool web site by, for and about parents who are, well, clever!

Did anyone else find this (CleverParents.com) site kind of condescending and off-putting? I’m a clever parent, I think. I’m a card-carrying member of MENSA, for pete’s sake. :) I just didn’t see a whole lot that was actually geared towards ones’ intellect; I did, on the other hand, sees a lot of material geared towards ones’ pocketbook.

Maybe they should drop the pretense and just call it ‘RichParents.’ That would be a much more accurate moniker.

And did anyone check out the $65 hospital gown they feature? Wow. Talk about mindless consumerism.

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
