by auditioning contributor Laura:

Update#3: The baby’s name is Josey.

Update #2: CBB reader Jenny sends us this link to Unique Baby Gifts, which says Jean Louisa was gifted with baby girl items in early May.

Update #1: A source tells us that Jean Louisa gave birth sometime April or early May, but had no further details.

Originally posted July 7th: No word on due date or gender of the baby, but actress Jean Louisa Kelly (of  TV’s "Yes, Dear," and movies "Uncle Buck" and "Mr. Holland’s Opus") is pregnant, according to Us magazine.

In an article about Hollywood’s best girlfriends in the July 10th edition, the magazine reports that longtime pal Jennifer Garner threw the star a baby shower in April, returning the favor Kelly did back in October 2005 when Garner was expecting daughter Violet.  Kelly and her husband, James Pitaro, already have a three year old son, Sean.

Has anyone heard anything about Jean Louisa giving birth recently?

Oh I love the show ‘Yes Dear’! My family and I watch it everyday. She’s great on the show, hate how she’s so ‘perfect’! LOL I wish her the best with her pregnancy. That’s awesome!! Hope to hear somemore news about her future baby and if she has any other children.

Wasn’t she pregnant when she was on Gray’s Anatomy? I knew her character was but I thought she was in real life.

I remember thinking that she definitely looked pregnant in the last few new episodes of “Yes, Dear” which ran in either March or April.
