Tampa Bay Devil Rays’ Damon Hollins, 32, left the team this week to fly to California to be with his fiancee, Patrice Parker, as she gave birth to the couple’s first child, daughter Tahari on Monday, July 3rd. Damon is expected to return to the team on Thursday.
