Mariners catcher Johjima welcomes third child

Seattle Mariners catcher Kenji Johjima, 30, cannot wait for the All-Star break to begin after next Sunday’s game. He intends to fly to Japan to meet the newest member of his family. Kenji’s wife, Maki, gave birth to the couple’s third child, a son, on Friday, June 30. According to the Olympian, the baby has not yet been named. He joins the couple’s two older children – son, Yuta, 4, and daughter, Miu, 2.
