Actress Milla Jovovich considers motherhood

by Auditioning Contributor Sara

In an interview with Britain’s Indepence Newspaper, actress & model Milla Jovovich says, at 30, she may be ready to become a mom.

"I’m getting to that place where I want to think about kids and family and stopping the totalitarian machine that is my life. I’m 30 now and I still feel like a kid, but my mother had me when she was 24." Milla’s mother, actress Galina Jovovich, is also her manager, and Milla says she was always encouraging her to pursue her creative passions.

"My mother wanted the best for me and wanted me to learn everything possible, and to educate me in everything possible. Every last dollar was spent on lessons for me acting, ballet, piano, anything you could imagine." The actress, who is best known for her roles in The Fifth Element and Resident Evil, has been married and divorced twice. She is engaged to her Resident Evil director, Paul W.S. Anderson.

I bet it was Angelina Jolie actually having a biological child that inspired Mila’s comment, especially since some of the roles Mila’s taken in the past (ie. “Resident Evil”) were ones similar to stuff Angelina’s done in the past.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Mila would have a baby within a year or two (if she can) since she’s already talking about it and she’s currently engaged.

Aww you mean she wasn’t really pregnant in Return to the Blue Lagoon?! ;) Well, good for her. Once that clock starts ticking, it’s hard to make it stop.
