Update: Baby to be is a girl! Peter Facinelli made the announcement while promoting his new movie Touch the Top of the World. When asked if they knew the sex, he said, "We hit the trifecta. We’re having another girl!" This new little one will join big sisters Lola, 3 1/2, and Luca, 9.

Pregnant Jennie Garth made an appearance at the opening of the new Dianne Merrick store in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Jennie is due with her third child the first week of October – but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s actually a September baby!

I know some people may not agree with me, but I look at this pic of Jenny (I think she looks great) and to me, it doesn’t look unlike Britney Spears – in particular the hair and dress.

I mention this because lately there’s been so much talk (criticism) about Brit’s maternity wardrobe & general appearance.

It seems to be a Hollywood trend right now, at least among the younger pregnant celebs, to go with the big, flowy maternity dresses, strappy sandals & somewhat unruly hair. I like it. 8)

They’re going to have a “goddess trilogy” just like Woody Harrelson! I wonder if they will stick with the L-ending in-a name trend. Lora? Lena? Lida? Livia? (I’m guessing Linda is too simple nowdays.)

awwww! Three little girls!!! Lovely! I was hoping for a boy for Peter, but it seems he is happy with his 3 little girls! And, gargoyle, ITA! There is a trend amongst Hollywood preggies with the flowy dresses and unruly hair. I also think Jennie looks great, and I think Brit looks great too most of the time. It is summer, bring on the dresses! I didn’t particularly care for Gwen Stefani’s pregnancy style, but never criticised her for it. I haven’t cared for a few celeb pregnancy styles, but hey, if they are comfortable and happy, what does my opinion matter anyway!

I think the new baby will be named Leila… maybe Lena. I love her name choices i am sure this one will be great too!
