Lest we forget… Maddox Jolie-Pitt

In all the hubbub surrounding Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s third child Shiloh Nouvel, little Maddox Jolie-Pitt may have lost his share of publicity.  Well, TMZ.com doesn’t want us to forget Angelina’s first born and bring us this shot of Angelina walking Maddox to school in Malibu last Thursday.  You can’t really see Maddox but you can see she’s carrying his red and blue backpack.

I wonder what Maddox told the other kids in the class about why he was missing from school for the past 4-5 months. Perhaps  "My mommy had to hide the baby in her tummy so we had a vacation in Europe and Africa."  What do you think he said?

At his age I am sure his classmates aren’t phased nor did they probably take notice to.

I agree with Joy. My daughter was away from preschool for a week and the teacher greeted her with a big smile and a “Glad to have you back!” but the kids just sat there. Children at this age as still too wrapped up in themselves to think about other people’s lives.

I bet most of them didn’t even know he was gone.

I agree, they probably didn’t say too much! The 4 year old I babysit for sometimes broke his arm on the school playground, was out for 3 days, and came back with a cast and only one child even mentioned it! LOL The focus is still on themselves at that age I guess.

I don’t know. I find kids around the age of 4 to be quite nosy & inquisitive. 8)

I’m sure Angelina & Brad explained something fairly simple for Maddox, for his own benefit as well as any inquiring minds at school. 8)

I could see Angie saying something like, “Tell them you’ve been traveling and learning about other parts of the world…”

School in June? I don’t think so. Does Angelina & brad send Maddox to, gasp! daycare? All kidding aside, Maddox probably needs some time with other children his age, somewhere away from all the baby hub-bub. It’s hard enough to be a new big brother, especially Shiloh’s.

Pelicolina – A lot of preschools follow regular school sessions and don’t break for summer until mid to late June.

Who could forget Maddox? lol I doubt anyone in his class noticed he was gone. Kids forget quickly… it’s a tool god gave to keep parents sane.

Going to school in Malibu and having trips to Europe and Africa are probably not unheard of!! He probably doesn’t go to a regular school anyway!!
