Adam and Lynette Carolla welcome twins
Former Loveline and Man Show host Adam Carolla, 42, and his wife Lynette welcomed their first children by scheduled cesarean section this morning. Sonny weighed in at 6 lbs, 4 oz, while Natalia was 5 lbs, 12 oz. – great weights for twins! Adam and Lynette planned to have their children on 06/06/06, but decided to go with today instead, after Adam was freaked out by sinister billboards advertising the "devil’s day!"
Said Adam on his radio show this morning, "[Lynettes's] not Viking stock. She didn’t take childbirth like a man. Meanwhile, I was stoic. I didn’t cry. I was in the delivery room. I said I didn’t want to be in the delivery room. I cut the cord, too. I didn’t want to cut the cord, but the guy handed me the snippers and just sort of pushed me at my kid."
