Denise Richards and Sam get supplies

06/01/2006 at 04:08 PM ET

Lola Sheen turned 1 year old today, and mom Denise Richards and big sister Sam are definitely celebrating. The pair was spotted picking up wrapping paper and gifts in Los Angeles on Monday.

On Sunday, Sam (and her ever present blankie!) visited dad Charlie Sheen in Malibu.

When did Denise’s restraining order against Charlie get lifted? Last I heard it was extended…

Erin, I read about a week ago in People Magazine that they are really trying to work things out amicably for the sake of the girls.

The article stated that they have made some agreements out of court, but there’s still a lot to sort out.

I wish them the best of luck. The nicer they can do this the better for Sam and Lola.

Ew, there’s no way I’d let my kids near that guy.

I’m not about to pass judgment on Charlie when it’s all speculation. But I’m glad they’re trying to make things work so that their girls aren’t affected by anything negative. They are the most important to take care of. I’d hate to see them get hurt for no reason at all.

Speaking of the girls, Sam is looking more and more like her father, just with blonde hair. :)

Gosh that kid looks so much like her father it’s actually scary!

Sam looks just like Charlie!

"It helps that other moms had said that once they had their babies, they forgot they were ever pregnant. So once my focus became the baby and not the pregnancy, it was a very easy decision."
