British TV star Lucy Benjamin pregnant with first child

British actress Lucy Benjamin (who starred in the BBC soap opera EastEnders) announced after a performance on X Factor: Battle of the Stars that she is three-months pregnant with her first child.  In March, she married Richard Taggart, an oil trader, and the couple is said to be ecstatic at the news.

For American readers, X Factor: Battle of the Stars is similar to American Idol and is co-produced by Simon Cowell.

IMHO Lucy Benjamin looks far more than 3 months along, as she said, unless she’s having twins (etc.)?

She looks to be at least six months along, but again that’s just my opinion.

This question isn’t meant to be rude or offensive, I’m just curious. Is she plus sized? ‘Cause there’s no way that she’s only 3 months along with a tummy like that! Maybe that photograph is at an odd angle, but she looks way bigger than three months.
