Prince Haakon and Mette Marit had a busy day the last 17th of May, National Day of Norway. It is the day of conmemoration of the Norwegian Constitution and festivities are organised all over the country. This year, the whole family posed, with Marius (son of Mette-Marit from a previous relationship) and Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Sverre Magnus. Ingrid wore her first bunad, matched with her mother’s and Marius wore the traditional costume. Haakon was holding Prince Sverre during the parade they were present in front of their home at Skaugum.
Later on, they joined the King and Queen (who visited Alna in the afternoon) at the Royal Balcony of the Palace to wave to their subjects. Ingrid was this time the only one who joined them, then dressed with a pink coat, again matching her mother’s, who wore the coat with white gloves and a big purple hat.
