Originally posted April 30th: Rocker Frank Black (and the Catholics, Pixies) and his wife Violet welcomed their second child on April 21st. Daughter Lucy Berlin was born at 5:30 am, weighing in at just under 8 lbs, 10 oz, and according to Frank, "with lips like Angelina Jolie!" She joins big brother Jack Errol, 14 months.
