Update: The babies are named Georgie John and Summer Rose.
Originally posted May 20th: John Terry, Chelsea’s star defender and captain, just missed being there for the birth of his twins. He was in Portugal for training when he received word that his fiancee Toni Poole, 23, went into labor in England.
The twins, a boy and a girl, were born a month early, and John said that "the babies are well, Toni is doing well and we are both absolutely delighted."
