Hot Momma Drama has some new pictures of Brooke Shields out this week in LA. Brooke looks great, seeing she just had daughter Grier Hammond by scheduled c-section on April 18th. Brooke reveals in the new People Magazine that she gained only 24 pounds during her pregnancy.
