Johnny Depp says fatherhood has affected every aspect of his life

Before he was a father, Johnny Depp was well-known for his partying and wild ways.  But he said fatherhood affected every part of his life – and allowed him to grow both as an actor and a person.

Johnny his partner, Vanessa Paradis, have two children, Lily-Rose, 6, and Jack, 4.

When asked if there’s anything he’d change about fatherhood, Johnny said that "I’m a little disappointed that my kids are growing out of the Teletubbies and The Wiggles, because I want to continue watching them!"

As for the dreams he has for his children, Johnny said simply that he wishes what any parent would, that his kids would have "a perfect life, perfect happiness and perfect health – perfect everything."

He says that the secret to his great relationship with Vanessa is that they have a "miraculous understanding of each other and we don’t ever talk about the business.  We don’t talk about her work or my work. In that sense, our life is very, very simple.  We are great, great friends and we’re in love."

As for Vanessa being pregnant with their third child, Johnny said he thinks it’s just a rumor!

Johnny’s next movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest will be released in July.

Johnny seems like a devoted, terrific dad!

I saw a recent pic of Vanessa the other day and she did look pregnant, so I guess we’ll have to see. 8)

Best dad ever! He changed so much after they were born, it’s clear he’s really devoted to them. I hope they do decide to have another one, but who knows?
