Angelina and Brad rumors- not true!

by auditioning contributor Kristin

A source close to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has told People Magazine that the couple wants to make the message clear. The ridiculous rumors that have been circulating worldwide are far from the truth.

Angelina has not signed on for Tomb Raider 3, she is not planning on naming her baby Africa, and her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, is not near death and did not ask her to deliver the baby in France as her "dying wish." Also, Brad did not buy a "fidelity necklace" as a wedding gift, because the couple has no plans to marry.

I hadn’t heard the rumor about naming the baby Africa.

As for the wedding rumors, I actually believe they probably wont get married because of the fact that they both have failed marriages behind them. Maybe they feel like they shouldn’t mess with something that’s working so well the way it is?

Who knows, I just wish them happiness and can’t wait for the baby to be born. 8)

I think Brad would marry Angelina in a heart beat. However, she comes across as very stalwart.

Yeah I think so too ‘landroverdisco’, but then again who knows?

As long as they keep having beautiful children and helping children/people all around the world it’s all good.

(In my “old fashioned” morality opinion I think they should get married, but then again I don’t control their lives, so it’s just mho.)

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I really don’t have a problem if they just keep their family as is, without the legal papers.

They could just pull a Goldie/Kurt thing, Oprah and Stedman thing. My aunt and her man have been together for over two decades now, no marriage plans ever in sight. :)

In other news, it always seems to take the baby’s due date to get here slower when I am dying to see the baby or hear some news on them, lol. :)

FC – i can’t wait to see the baby too and gosh it seems like forever since they announced it in January.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Angelina and Brad did do a “Kurt and Goldie” by not marying (at least not for a few years). Although i think marriage is a great thing i and obviously others dont see it as essential.

My aunt and uncle have been together 30 years since they were teens and have 4 children in their early-mid 20′s and they still havent married about probably wont – cause their kids think they are too old :-)

by law in some states if you are together for over 7 years you considered legally bound together or so I’ve heard. Honestly what’s marriage anymore’s anyways. Just a piece of paper saying your united as a couple but you can be that w/ out the papers as well. I believe if u love each other enough to have a family and as long as u do right by your children that’s all that matters.

I love the idea of marriage, but at the same time, I’m no longer sure what it means since it seems so much more importance has been placed on the legalities and not the spirtual commitment. I’m someone who believes that both Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt are both more tradional than believed, and it isn’t so much that they aren’t interested in matrimony, but more interested in commitment to what they’ve found, and not letting anything but their love and desire to be a family define them. I know Brad’s parents probably aren’t thrilled, but then again, they don’t have to live his life. I wish the Jolie-Pitts all the love, joy, and happiness they can stand because I believe they are the real deal in every way.
