On the Oprah show today, actress Meg Ryan revealed that she has changed her newly adopted daughter’s name from Charlotte True to Daisy True. Meg reveals, "I already had to change her name…I thought she was Charlotte and she’s just not…she’s a Daisy. She’s got the most open, beautiful, honest face you’ll just ever see."
