CBB readers wonder if Elisabeth Hasselbeck is expecting again

CBB readers Jessica, Laura, and Donna have all written in to Danielle and I to tell us their suspicions that View host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is expecting again. Daughter Grace is 9 months, and according to Jessica, Elisabeth had commented a while back that she would like to conceive again when Grace was around 6 months, so that her children would be close in age – making her about 3 months along now. Laura says that next Thursday would be a prime time to announce the pregnancy, as the View is hitting it’s 2000th show milestone.

Jessica commented that Elisabeth seems to be hiding a small bump by wearing loose, flowing tops as of late – and her comment on Friday that jeans are now so stretchy that "they can be worn at any time" may be telling. However, CBB reader Sonja says no way, emailing that Elisabeth has mentioned on the show a few times last fall that she is trying to stay away from her husband Tim to avoid getting pregnant again! She joked that she brushes her teeth for a very long time in hopes that he will be asleep by the time she gets to bed!

I caught the show on Thursday and she mentioned that she wanted to have at least four or five kids. I didn’t think she looked pregnant.

The comment about staying away from her husband by brushing her teeth was from an episode in the fall (I remember watching it). So, if that episode was aired recently, it was a rerun She could indeed be pregnant!

she had little grace on the show on friday. She’s a beauty. She didn’t look pregnant to me.

I remember the staying away from Tim comment that was funny.

She had her baby just a week after me, and though I don’t catch the show often, it’s fun to hear about her daughter’s progress vs mine.

I lost a lot of respect for her when she outed how conservative and narrow minded she was though.

On the contrary. Elisabeth made her views public, therefore they are open to discussion.

Her comments regarding politics have shown a lack of education regarding current events. I found her actions both self-righteous and unkind. Her behavior affects my view of her.
She has hurt and disappointed many people.

You won’t catch me watching The View.

I was in New York to see the show live in December, and Elisabeth looked super skinny. She definatly looks more pregnant now!

The View had a segment today on alcholic drinks and everyone tried them except for Elizabeth. I think that is a sure sign that she is pregnant.

I definitely think Elizabeth is pregnant. She used to always wear form fitting clothes, and now she never does. Her tops are all flowing , and her sun dresses look very spacious. Plus her face looks swollen. I wonder why she is not admitting to being pregnant? Maybe she is waiting to get to the three month mark before she announces it.
