Joely Fisher, 38, has announced that the second daughter she’s due with on February 1st will be named True Fisher-Duddy. She’ll join big sister Skylar, 4. Joely says she’s ready to be done with the pregnancy and have her baby – she glanced longingly at the glasses of champagne at her baby shower, saying, "Boy, am I ready for a drink!"
