Update: Rachel confirmed her pregnancy on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday night. She said that she’s 5 months along (a month further than what was reported), and that she and Darren don’t want to know the baby’s sex until the delivery. Jay asked if she’d be picking a normal name, or if she’ll be going for something like Apple, to which Rachel answered that they’ll be picking a simple name to go with Aronofsky.
She also joked about her scandalous pregnant-before-marriage situation, saying, "I’m supposed to have organized the wedding but we got a little ahead of ourselves… It’s a slightly modern situation… I’m trying to figure it out now." Oops!
December 4th: British actress Rachel Weisz (The Constant Gardener, About a Boy, The Mummy), 34, and her American fiance Darren Aronofsky are reportedly expecting their first child. Rachel is said to be about 3 months along. A friend tells a British newspaper that, "[Rachel] is absolutely thrilled…a baby was the one thing she had felt had been missing from her life."
