Update: I am bumping up this old post from October 27th, as the news has just hit major media outlets today and it seems like some readers don’t realize that we’ve already covered it! Rhea is now about 6 months along.

Actor Mark Wahlberg and his longterm on and off again girlfriend/fiancee, model Rhea Durham, are expecting baby number two together, according to tabloid magazine In Touch. Rhea is about four months pregnant, apparently. Daughter Ella is two.

I didn’t even know they were back together. They should marry.

I agree, they should marry. Mark comes across like a conflicted Lothario.

Hmm, I think every child should be welcomed with open arms but I have to say that I was disappointed to hear that this on & off couple are having another (at least right now).

I guess at 29 I’m old fashion. If you can’t decide if you love each other enough to commit to each other or even stay together as a couple, why are you bringing ANOTHER child into this situation. A child is a bigger commitment and so many people don’t seem to get that. I dunno…as I said, I’m just old fashion.

I hope for the sake of the children they get their act together and either commit or just leave each other alone, it has to be confusing for the child.

Have to agree with Courtney; either get your act together or move on. Whatever is decided has to be better for the child/children because it’s one thing or the other – at the moment it’s neither.

I have always liked Mark. Even as Marky Mark (what did I know, I was 20!) BUT, I really think this couple should make up their minds!!! I mean, I know its “okay” to be unmarried and have children nowadays, but I am definitely old fashioned! I really think they should make a committment!! Especially after 2 kids!!

Well, as long as the kids are taken care of and LOVED and their parents can get along whether they are involved romantically or not is the important thing, right?? I do wish they would commit though!
