Despite all news up to this point to the contrary, Denise Richards is proceeding with her and Charlie Sheen’s divorce. Her spokesperson told People Magazine, "Denise is moving forward with divorce proceedings."
After the birth of their second daughter, Lola, this past June 1, the couple seemed to be trying to patch things up.
We can only guess that the differences were, as they say, irreconcilable.

That’s too bad. I really thought they were going to make it after putting in the effort to try and patch things up for the girls. I’m glad they gave it a fair chance though. After the second time around maybe it’s better that they divorce. I’m sure they’ll stay wonderful parents to Sam and Lola even if they aren’t together. Good luck to the family.

I really don’t know if it is too bad, I think that would be worse if they tried to fix the marriage because of the daughters, that would be terrible.
