Old news, but an interesting predicament for a new celeb mom to be stuck in. Former American Idol contestant Julia DeMato, 26, was recently arrested and charged with drunk driving and drug possession, after police found marijuana, pipes, and a small amount of coke in her purse when they stopped after noticing her car in the parking lot of a closed restaurant. Julia and fiance Jim welcomed their son James Peter in July. Baby was not with mom at the time of her arrest. Julia was due in court on December 16th for her arraignment.
