He is a cute lil kid and I am sorry to say it. But why is he so big? That is just not healthy is it.

Harvey was born with genetic conditions, which cause him to be blind among other things, and hormone issues which cause him to be overweight. He also exhibits signs of autism. Whether it’s healthy or not, it’s not something that can be helped right now, unfortunately.
