Hey! Not fair. I’m not a celeb and that’s *exactly* why I live in Brooklyn. I get the best of both worlds: a quiet tree-and-brownstone-lined street that appears straight out of a Woody Allen flik *and* I’m just 2 subway stops from Union Square (closer than when I lived on 89th/Mad).
