One Life to Live's Renee Elise Goldberry expecting a baby

Update: The CBB is sad to announce that Renee Elise has miscarried her baby.

Originally posted November 2nd – One Life to Live’s Renée Elise Goldsberry (Evangeline) is expecting a baby with her husband, New York attorney Alexis Johnson. It’s not known whether the pregnancy will be written into the show.

Renee Elise had been cast as Nettie in the upcoming musical adaptation of The Color Purple on Broadway but is now expected to leave the cast soon after the show premieres on December 1.
