Tori Spelling rumored to be expecting

11/30/2005 at 09:13 PM ET

E7au4y9ts Just got a press release from E Talk Daily, a Canadian ET-type show, that says that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, the man she cheated on hubby Charlie with, are apparently expecting a baby. They were in Toronto last week to share the news with his parents. Dean already has a 7 year old son and a 4 month old daughter, and has filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years. Tori’s husband Charlie also filed when he discovered the affair.

Usually I’d be really happy for people having a baby, but this whole situation is just squeamish.

I can’t read another story about someone getting pregnant by a man who is married to/in a serious relationship with someone else without it making me truly sad. His baby is only 4 months old and he filed for divorce to be with his pregnant girlfriend??? I’m not naive, so I know this stuff happens all of the time, inside and outside Hollywood, but it still makes me so sad for the children and exes who have been left. And I’m not going to even voice what it says about the characters of the people doing the cheating and hurting people they are supposed to love.

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
