Towanda Braxton has baby boy

Towanda Braxton, sister of  singer Toni Braxton,  gave birth to a baby boy on November 11, according to fellow costar Kim Bookout.  The two women were featured together on the NBC reality series, "Starting Over."

The baby boy, named Braxton Montelus Carter,  arrived at 12:36 p.m. and weighed in at 6 lbs 2 ounces.  He was 19 inches long.

Kim says on her site that "Towanda is doing well and home now."

I love that she used her maiden name as her sons first name! I did the same thing. My Grandfater was named for his Mothers first name so I decided that I wanted to do the same thing. I love it.
