Top ten unusual celebrity baby names

Moon Unit Zappa has topped the list of celebrity kids with the most bizarre names. Her brother Dweezil also scores a mention in the top ten at number 7. Their siblings, Ahmed Emuukha Rodan and Diva Muffin, apparently got off lightly in the name stakes! When asked why he gave his children these names Frank Zappa said, "because I wanted to." The survey was conducted by online site getLIVE.co.uk and more than 2,300 participated. The complete list of the unfortunate offspring are:

1 Moon Unit -Frank Zappa
2 Apple – Chris Martin (Coldplay) and Gwyneth Paltrow
3 Misty Kyd – Sharleen Spiteri (Texas)
4 Geronimo – Alex James (Blur)
5 Heavenly Hirani Tiger Lily — Michael Hutchence/Paula Yates
6 Dandelion – Keith Richards (Rolling Stones)
7 Dweezil – Frank Zappa
8 Elijah Bob Patricius Guggi Q – Bono (U2)
9 Zowie Bowie – David Bowie
10 Rufus Tiger – Roger Taylor (Queen)

So is it just me, or are Coco and Banjo suddenly not longer sounding as odd?

What?! You mean to tell me that little Moxie CrimeFighter Gilette didn’t even make the Top 10? And the Willis girls Rumer, Scout, and Talullah (ok, Tallulah’s not so bad) didn’t even get an honorable mention?

Geez, what is this world coming to?

I know what you mean mom4bob I think Shannyn Sossamon’s son, Audio Science, should of at least had an honorable mention.

Jason Lee (from my name is Earl)named his son Pilot Inspektor. I wonder what they call him for a nickname. I hope he goes to school with Audio Science.. that way they’ll befriend each other.
