Janet Jackson says "I am not a mother"

Janet Jackson has finally spoken out on her behalf. She denies the rumor, initiated by her ex-brother-in law Young DeBarge, claiming that she has an 18-year-old daughter who lives with her older sister.

"I do not have a child and all allegations saying so are false, " Jackson said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

The rumor began when Young said the 39-year-old singer gave birth to her ex-hubby, singer Debarge’s, child in the 80′s following thier brief 1984 marriage.

Being a Huge fan and meeting Janet I knew that this was were false allegation i just wish now that Janet has spoken out about it not beinf true people would just leave her alone and let her concentrate on what she does best which is her nusic.. JAnet said this so many time that she has no kids not none at all and for her ex to say something like this is jsut completely un reasonable and dumb.

I too am a HUGE janet fan and have been for over 10 years. I was also fortunate enough to meet with her. I knew she’d eventually come out and once again (like she’s done in the past) deny these stupid accusations.

I also feel that if she did have a child it would be very hard to hide considering her status in the biz. People just have nothing better to do but report crap and if young debarage was smart he’d get his math right next time. Damn the child is 22 now not 18 *smh*
