I bet it’s going to be a boy.

You were right. Just one hour ago Mathilde gave birth to a baby boy: Emmanuel Leopold Guillaume François Marie. Little Emmanuel and his mother are happy and healthy.

Dang I’m good! lol

By the way, her daughter’s name is Elisabeth, not Elizabeth. Dang you Anglophones lol ;-)

Wow, what a big boy for being born early! (I did the conversion, and 3.9 kg is about 8.5 pounds.) I bet now she’s glad she didn’t carry until her due date, that little one would’ve been quite big I’m sure! :)

eurochild – I’m French so…
And fyi, that’s how Standaard.be wrote it. So blame an official BELGIAN site for this typo.

I guess we’ll never know if Emmanuel was born early or right on time.
The “official” due date of our pregnant princesses is often two or three weeks earlier than the real date. Just to avoid hordes of impatient fans at the hospital…

Ughh jee Julie, I wasn’t being harsh or even serious about it.

It’s ok, I just wanted to answer. No hard feelings. :o )

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
