Nicollette Sheridan, a not so desperate housewife

Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan says she is more like Martha Stewart than her character Edie Britt.

"Home is very important to me," Nicollette said. "I love to decorate. I love to cook and I love to bake."

The actress also says she can’t wait to start a family with her fiancé Niklas Soderblom.

"I think I’ll be a wonderful mother," she said. "I’ve always wanted to be one and will be."
