Oh well…I guess all the women lined up to sire his children will have to find another man, lol. But really, I’m not mad at him for saying that. There’s nothing wrong with not having any children, knowing that it’s in your nature to be anyone’s father.

My sister-in-law (former, actually) doesn’t ever want kids of her own…she knows that her lifestyle would not continue of she had kids…and she knows it. She doesn’t like the idea of her body changing, of the expenses, etc. But even though I do not feel the same as she does (I have three kids), I can commend her for at least knowing and admitting this and for not bringing an unwanted child into this world.

I think Mrs. McGraw is absolutely right.

Also Melissa I think anyone that thinks badly on your husband is crazy. It takes more of a man to step up and be Dad to children that aren’t biologically his own. He’s Dad to your kids because he wants to be.

No one should judge people on their choice of whether to have children or not. My husband and I don’t have biological children together, but he loves my children as his own. He has encountered people who have rudely judged him when he says he doesn’t want children, assuming he doesn’t like them. I have health issues and my husband would rather that I didn’t risk my life or health, but he doesn’t feel that he owes anyone a detailed explanation regarding his choice. Those that really know him know the reasons; the others just make really bad assumptions. And, you know what they say about people who assume: it makes an *** out of “u” and “me”.

The real truth about George is that he’s too selfish and narcissistic to be a good husband and father, but at least he knows it.

While I think that’s too bad there won’t be any George Jrs out there…God Bless him for being smart and responsible for his ideals. God knows how many men procreate not wanting to have kids at all…Two thumbs up, George!
