Oscar winner Hilary Swank and her husband of eight years, actor Chad Lowe, may finally be ready to start a family. Chad, 37, reportedly has wanted children for a while, while Hilary, 31, has been more hesitant.
But the couple recently purchased a more family friendly $3.5 million mansion in South Bellingham, Washington. They already own an apartment in New York. "She loves the fresh air and the fact that it’s really safe," a source told Star Magazine, "There’s certainly enough room for a nursery or two." The house is said to be atop a cliff and has five bedrooms, a pool and a tennis court.
