Retraction: Kevin Kline and Phoebe Cates NOT expecting third baby

Retraction: Kevin Kline and Phoebe’ Cates PR person emailed me that this info we posted on June 17 is not true. Kevin and Phoebe are NOT expecting a third child.

…11 years after their last! Actors Kevin, 57, (De-Lovely, The Big Chill) and Phoebe, 42 next month, (Fast Times at Ridgemont High) have a 14 year old son Owen, and a 11 year old daughter, Greta. This new baby seems to be a winter arrival, since Phoebe isn’t showing a bit yet!

That’s so terrific! They seem like such a great family.

Kate – the kids appeared along with their parents in the movie The Anniversay Party, which also starred – and I think was written by Phoebe’s good friend since Fast Times, Jennifer Jason Leigh.

Congratulations!

I’ve never seen pics of their kids either, although in Kevin’s movie “Life as a House,” the home movie of George and Sam as a little boy surfing the waves is actually of Kevin and his and Phoebe’s son, Owen, on a family vacation.

If you google owen kline you’ll see a picture of him the one that was on the site with his dad and one when he and is siter were little with is parents if you want.

Welcome to the 11 year club! My dad is 11 years older than his little brother, I’m 11 1/2 behind my youngest brother, and my 2nd daughter was born 3 days before my older daughter’s 11th birthday, and came home on the big day! I always loved these guys, I was wondering not long ago if they were still doing well. Guess this answers that question!

I remember Kevin saying that hours after Greta was born, Phoebe was packing her hospital bags and she was ready to go home! I think he said that she just hates hospitals.

Wow, I did not know she was that old. I remember her from the movie Drop Dead Fred. She looked like she was in her early twenties then and she looks the exact same now. She looks very good for her age. Congrats to them!!!!!!!!
