Christine Taylor's secret to losing the baby weight

Christinenobelly1 So, how did Christine Taylor lose the baby weight she gained while pregnant with son Quinlin Stiller, 6 weeks? By eating healthily throughout her pregnancy, leaving her with less extra weight to lose, she says. Christine reveals that her favorite pregnancy snack was cottage cheese with tomato or fruit slices.

She looks amazing, and I am sure she was careful with her diet, but I remember my OB (who was very petite) saying that no matter what she ate with each of her 3 pregnancies (with one she ate anything she wanted; with another she ate carefully etc) she gained the same amount–40lbs. So IMO I think alot of it is genetically determined.
