Kirsten Dunst sparks pregnancy rumors by shopping for prenatal vitamins

08/19/2005 at 10:22 AM ET

81pj Kirsten Dunst was spotted perusing prenatal vitamins at the Hollywood Whole Foods on Saturday.  Word is the specific item was New Chapter Organics Perfect Prenatal vitamins.  On-again boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal even asked staff questions about the product.

Anyone can take prenatal vitamins- you don’t need to be pregnant- and according to my obstetrician, there is nothing that special about them- they are just like supervitamins, equal to about 1 1/2 regular Centrums- but if you’re a celebrity, you’re really bringing attention to yourself by shopping in a public place for them.

I’ll be watching Kirsten’s belly!

I highly doubt she’s pregnant, but I did hear that people will take prenatal vitamins for other reasons.

I wonder if celebs ever just do these things to see how long it takes rumors to start!

highly doubt it as well. But if she is congrats to her. I just don’t see kristin as a mommy type yet. She seems more into her career then motherhood.

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
