Westlife Shane Filan welcomes a daughter

Shane Filan, a member of the Irish boyband Westlife, and his wife Gillian Walsh welcomed their first child, a daughter they have named Nicole.  Born ten days early, Nicole weighed 5 lbs, 7 oz. and according to Shane, Nicole "looks like me. She’s got dark hair and is absolutely gorgeous." 

Nicole is the third Westlife baby.  Brian McFadden, who has since left the band and is currently going through a bitter break-up with his wife Kerry Katona, is dad to toddlers Molly and Lilly-Sue.
