JLo says Affleck baby is 'a beautiful thing'

In a new interview with Elle magazine, Jennifer Lopez was asked how she felt about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner‘s baby on the way. Jennifer responded, "I hope that they’re happy. You know, it’s a beautiful thing. There are no hard feelings." Elle, knowing that Jennifer is desperate to have children, apologized later in the interview for asking the question, to which Jennifer responded, "Yeah, you depressed me." In my opinion, it was a bit cold to ask her the question in the first place!

Yeah, I think that was rude, but at the same time, it was quite a logical thing to ask her.
I really hope she has a baby soon because she seems terribly affected by this trouble she has conceiving one… She would be such wonderful doting mother!

I think it was terribly insensitive. I mean, what if she is having a really hard time conceiving or worse yet, is having very early miscarriages?? We don’t know what could be going on. Anything is possible. But, she handled it like the pro she is. I really hope she does have a baby soon!

One day Jen and Ben were the major power
couple in hollywood, then they broke up and
were in new relationships so quickly. The
whole thing was confusing.
I do hope this marriage lasts and that she
has the baby she wants.

I hope she has a baby soon too. And I think it was ridiculous for the media to even mention her past fiance’s situation like that. What is wrong with some people !!!

Jeez…. talk about foot-in-mouth disease. I mean, I suppose it could be a logical question to ask her in an interview, but it also sounds ill-spirited and downright mean.

That is a logical question to ask JLo only if you are her best friend or her mother not an interviewer! Her and Ben broke up and they have both moved on…why would people think it would be a logical question to ask something about someone that she is no longer associated with? Interviewers need to ask her about something relevant to HER life.

Infertility is a very painful subject,I went through it for a long time before I got my miracle,that was real insensitive of the reporters to do,I feel bad for Jen and hope she gets her miracle someday too.
