I love seeing pictures of them. Heidi always looks great. She is very stylish during her pregnancy. Leni is a babydoll! I just cannot wait to see pics of the new baby. From the way she is carrying I think it is a boy, but you never know. Hey, does anyone know why she named her Leni? Just curious…

Heidi named Leni after her(Heidi) grandma.
Heidi’s grandma’s name is Helene. Leni is a nickname for Helene.

Does anyone know how Seal pronounces it? I just can’t imagine an english-speaking person learning how to pronounce “Leni”.
I’m from Germany, btw.

The correct pronounciation is close to Laynee but it actually sounds a bit different then “lay”. more like leh.

Thanks Linda! lol My boyfriend’s mother is german and her name is Leni. It’s funny because I was trying to figure out how to pronounce the little girl’s name and here I am talking to a women with the same name at least once every week. But in my defense I didn’t know how to spell his mother’s name. Is that a defense? Either way I should have known, I have been speaking german since the age of 10. I feel like an idoit lol
