Josh and I hosted my 30th fiesta at our apartment on Saturday. Josh made chicken tamales, quesadillas, pico de gallo sauce, guacamole and horchata. I made a three-citrus margarita (with fresh squeezed orange, lime and lemon juices). The vanilla & chocolate Baskin Robbins ice cream cake featured Mexican actor Gael Garcia Bernal, best known for Y Tu Mama Tambien and The Motorcycle Diaries. The cake was yummy in more ways than one.
