Laura Leighton and Doug Savant welcome a daughter

Former Melrose Place actors Laura Leighton (Eyes) and Doug Savant (Desperate Housewives) welcomed a daughter on June 9th, 2005. They have named the little girl, who weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. , Lucy Jane Leighton Savant. Lucy is their fourth child.

Congratulations to Doug and Laura! However, I must pick a nit about Lucy being their fourth child — she is Doug’s fourth child, Laura’s second, and their second child together.

Michelle, Laura and Doug’s son name is Jack and he is 4. Doug’s daughters from his first marriage names are Arianna and Madeline. Arianna is 13 and Madeline is 11.

thats my name!!! as u can see!!! yes thankyou, thankyou it is a beautiful name lol… great to see someone having a normal type name… altho i hav to contradict it is a name you hear a lot on the playground… quite a bit but not too frequently… mayb i just notice as a lucy!!! congrats to both of them… enjoy your bundle of well named joy!!!

Not that anyine cares but me, but Lucy Jane was born on my daughter’s 1st birthday! She also shares her birthday with Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp.
