Imagine being court ordered to have your ex in the delivery room. What a horrible thought. I wish Denise all the best. I wouldn’t want to be single while pregnant.

I was 20 and PG with my DS and had my DD who was 13 months old and my husband walked out on us. It was very rough. Luckily I had lots of family that helped us out so I didn’t have to go to work. I am sure she has plenty of help and plenty of money to get by and I am sure Charlie is helping financially too. I am glad to see they are being civil and he is allowed to see his child being born. I hope he takes an active role in Sam’s and the new baby’s life.

Denise always looks so gorgeous. She is a beautiful pregnant woman. It agrees with her.

I agree, Denise looks great. The clothes she wears look comfortable. Nothing looks tight and restrictive and she seems to refrain from wearing tight,low-cut jeans and micro tops.

Clare, what makes you think she was court ordered to let Charlie be in the delivery room? Everything I’ve read said it was her decision. I don’t think she could be court ordered to do so anyway, at least not without a hearing, and there’s been no word that there’s been a hearing.

You can’t court order anyone to be there at a birth. Even if you are married, your husband has no legal right to be there if you choose to do it alone. It violates HIPPA (the heatlth information and privacy protection acts). As long as you are in the hospital, no one can see the mother or the baby unless they have the mothers permission.

denise looks great for being 9 months pregnant!!! i know by the time this is posted e1 will already know that she had the baby but she still looked good over the weekend.
