I believe the man is designer Narcisco Rodriguez, a good friend of Jessica’s. I think this pic was from the recent Costume Institute Gala at the Met.

They guy in the second photo is Narciso Rodriguez a favorite fashion designer of Jessica, Sarah Jessica Parker, and a lot of high society NY types.
I think she is beautiful. I also hear Jessica is very generous and instead of shower gifts for her children, she request that her friends give baby gifts to needy mothers.

It’s definitely Narciso Rodriguez. Jessica Seinfeld is one of his very good friends. He is even in the photo shoot the Seinfelds did for Vogue.
