Little Indiana got his name because Summer wanted to pay a tribute to her big brother River Phoenix. Indiana comes from River’s character in The Indiana Jones movie. August is the month River was born. I think that’s sweet and Indiana is an adorable name. I think I may name my future daughter Indiana. It’s lovely.

Indiana is kind of a cute name, but I live in Illinois, right next to Indiana, so that just wouldn’t work for me.

I find it hard to like names that are proper nouns anyway. Although I may be the only person who think Apple is an adorable name.

yea apple is a cool name, but there is high being-made-fun-of factor. i remember reading about a celebrity kid named peaches writing an article in a magazine about the trauma her name caused her after apple’s name was announced. kids can be cruel.

Yeah, Peaches is the daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates. Her sisters are called Fifi Trixibelle, Little Pixie and Heavenly Hiraani Tigerlily – whose father is Michael Hutchence.
