Actually, she had a c-section so the IV is probably for pain management. The picture is at least an hour later since they would have had to close her incision, remove her epidural/spinal and clean him up. It could even be a day later!

Yeah, it’s one day after. I had to cut off the caption, which said Brian was one day old in the photo.

Poor woman has had 6 miscarriages. This baby is practically a miracle.
